un picahielos para el verano

I don’t want want to go back to nature yet to feel what I want to say I recall how nature touched me.

Today the wind is cold in lovely Svea.
there is talk of cold weather
the people are disappointed.
Having their frozen goosebumps thaw by an early warm may now cold of course, they want more.
People turn to the skies.
Seeking the sun they find the Nordic blueline more like greyline of countless clouds going seemingly in mass nowheres except – here – since they are always – here – seemingly.

.

I ignore the weather as much as I can. I know it’s cold.
yet I do not allow it to bother me. I mean cold. Not cold, chilly or nippy nor slightly below that comfortable lukewarm sirocco I wish for nor Santanna wind lullabies that I recall with longing
but cold as in fresh and I wanna get warm now! kinda cold asin the coldest winter I ever spent was in Frisco ese a là Langhorne.

.

TS Eliot didn’t live in Royaume de Suède. April is another winter month. Tis Maj the cruelest month. Stunted growth and false hopes dig upwards insisting in believing the equator is near when China looms. Alas! Ack! TS Eliot didn’t live in Mayo in Sweden. Aquí hay frío, calor, sol y alergías.

.

People yearn. The headlines of the tabloids, skvaller or cotilleo como los españoles le dicen, anuncian las próximas ondas de calor. Quezque ya mero, ái vienen. Heatwaves.
